Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed — we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once dispatched and are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address you provided. We are also not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing — please contact the carrier directly in that case.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days with photos and your order number. Where international shipping is available, any import duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
