Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

We will only issue a refund if your item arrives damaged or defective. This is covered under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which applies exclusively to damaged or defective products. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of your delivery date.

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence. We will review your claim within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be granted for items that have been used or altered, damage caused by misuse after delivery, claims made outside the 30-day window, or packages undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
